SEMIAHMOO RAVENS STAFF ANNOUNCEMENT

Semiahmoo Ravens Hockey announce that Director of Administration, Christine Macri, is making a career move and leaving her current role effective February 7th, 2025.

Over her 2-year tenure as our administrative leader, Christine has been a great asset in the execution of various on and off the ice programs including tournaments, banking implementation, our revamped merchandise program, and has facilitated most of the day-to-day communication with Division Managers and Team Managers.  

Christine had this to say about her experience with the Semiahmoo Ravens organization:

“Thank you to all the many volunteers that put in the time and the great effort to ensure that this association runs effectively.  Without all their support, the sport of hockey does not happen for these kids.  Thank you to the Board of Directors, to Scott and Kerri at the office and to all the parents in the association and to those who volunteer selflessly for making my time here a memorable one.  At the end of the day, it is about the kids, and I hope by assisting the teams (hopefully lessening the unknown) I was able to help.”

Scott Ackles had this to say “Christine has been an outstanding team player and will be missed by our staff, partners, board, and membership! We wish Christine all the best in her new role!”

“Christine has been an integral member of our team and our association since joining us in 2023.  Her attention to detail helped us through a massive transition and her personal approach will be missed.  We wish her the best of luck in her new role.”
