Conveniently located 2 blocks from Excellent Ice, Elevation Fitness is a 23,000+ sq ft, performance-based facility, designed for the athlete/teams looking to take their game to the highest level. Putting a large focus on the skill of athleticism, our team is dedicated to teaching and empowering athletes to become the best they can be through proper training based on Sport Science, current education and a focus on establishing a solid work ethic that carries over from the training facility on to the field of play.

  • 20 Week Strength and Conditioning In-season Training Program, consisting of Movement Mechanics, SAQ component, Power Development and Strength & Conditioning component to increase functional athletic strength and aerobic/anaerobic output as it relates specifically to hockey.

    Maximize player gains in strength, speed, agility, power and mobility. This In-Season program is designed to maximize recovery times, reduce in-season injuries and keep players in peak athletic condition.

    • 2 Elevation Fitness Trainers per team

    • 20 Week Periodized in-season Dryland Training program

    • Baseline Testing

    • Warm-up and Stretching Routine for Pre/Post Practice & Games

    • Injury Assessment & Rehab Recommendation

    • Nutritional Seminar/Guideline for players (additional add on)

  • Monday - Friday from 4pm-9pm
    Saturday from 7am-5pm
    Sunday from 8am-4pm
    Early morning weekday availability: 6am-9am

    Sessions are 55 mins in length, teams are allocated requested times on a first come first serve basis. The last session time on weekdays is 9-10pm Saturdays, 5-6pm, Sundays 4-5pm.

    Timeslot is for the full season. If you need to reschedule sessions due to tournaments/games - alternate day/session times will be offered as the need arises.

  • 20 Session Set (1 session per week): $4500.00 ($225.00 per session)
    40 Session Set (2 sessions per week): $8000.00 ($200.00 per session)

Hockey specific training at the Official Training Centre of your White Rock Whalers.

Join us at our brand-new facility built in partnership with the City of White Rock in the Centre for Active Living right next door to Centennial Arena.

Cutting edge and hockey specific training equipment, a staff of certified Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, and Personal Trainers with deep roots in hockey and the local community!

Starting with your personalized VALD Forcedeck Assessment, we will build a program to help you reach your peak potential.

  • Book your teams weekly 1 hour timeslot and it’s yours for the whole season.

    • 12 Week Fall Program booked weekly between September 14 and December 15th

    • 8 Week Winter Program booked weekly between January 4 and March 2nd

    We will also offer custom Christmas break training programs for teams that are interested!

    Any team who has registered for a full season 20-week seasonal package and has home games at Centennial Arena will be eligible to book access to the training center for pre-game warm-ups and we can even schedule players from the White Rock Whalers to come out when they are available and lead your team’s warm-up inside the training centre!

  • 1 Hour Team Training Bookings are available within the following scheduling windows:

    Monday through Friday: 6pm – 10pm
    Saturday & Sunday:  8am – 9pm

    • Need to miss your regularly scheduled training time for a game or tournament?  No problem, we will work with you to book an alternate training time that fits your schedule.

    • Want to schedule two or more sessions in a week? We will work with you to select from available training times.

  • $200 per team session

 

RengertSports unique training system optimizes all phases of athleticism. Including sprinting and multidirectional speed, strength and stability, rotational power, recovery, and injury risk reduction. Your teams experience starts with a series of evaluations — performance indicators, and Functional Movement Screens using VALD technology force plates.

Using the results of your team’s evaluations, you’ll work with our coaches to uncover strengths and weaknesses, discuss injury concerns, and set goals to achieve your best performance.

    • The online CRC will be emailed to the Semiahmoo Hockey office directly. If the season has already started, send a copy of ‘Application Submitted’ page to admin@semiahmooravens.ca so the office can mark your CRC as pending in the Hockey Canada Registry.

    • If you are unable to complete the online check, please head into your local RCMP branch to get it done in person. Bring THIS LETTER and 2 pieces of ID. If you get an in person CRC completed, you will need to scan/email a copy of your CRC to admin@semiahmooravens.ca

RAVENS TEAM TOURNAMENT POLICY (READ BEFORE BOOKING)

START HERE TO ENTER INTO A TOURNAMENT:

BC Hockey Tournament Locator (find & apply for tournaments here).

TOURNAMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER MAINLAND/PCAHA: Fill out THIS FORM and send it to admin@semiahmooravens.ca 30 days in advance (no sooner). We will email you back the form signed by the Semiahmoo Ravens Hockey President and also provide you with a pre-signed BC Hockey travel letter (you will need to fill in the rest) and a copy of your most recent roster. Once you receive those, send all three documents to your PCAHA League Manager asking for a Tournament Permission Number (TPN) and a signature on the BC Hockey travel letter. When you receive your TPN back, send all documents to your Tournament host.

TOURNAMENTS WITHIN THE LOWER MAINLAND/PCAHA: Request a 'Tournament Permission Number (TPN)' from your PCAHA League Manager 30 days in advance of the tournament (no sooner). Be sure to provide your League Manager all of your team and tournament details. Send all completed forms with your official Hockey Canada roster, to the tournament host.
