Everything you need to run your team season.

Interested in managing a team this season? Speak with your Head Coach — they select their manager each year. Once confirmed, send your contact details to our office to be added to the roster.

    Confirm your roster

    Login to TeamSnap and ensure your roster and contact list are accurate.

  2. 02

    Build the schedule

    Add practice and game times as they become available.

  3. 03

    Plan tournaments

    Work with your Head Coach to apply for the tournaments your team plans to attend.

  4. 04

    Hold a kickoff meeting

    Bring players, parents, and coaches together to align on expectations and the season ahead.

Team Manager Requirements

Criminal Record Check (CRC)

Must be completed every three (3) seasons. Complete online at justice.gov.bc.ca/criminalrecordcheck using access code: 474NMQ6BQH

Respect in Sport (RIS)

Complete the RIS-Activity Leaders Course. Renew every five (5) seasons. Use access code: SMH-T2D4W8D

Concussion Awareness Training (CATT)

Complete the online CATT-Coach Course.

Tournament Process

Within the Lower Mainland

1. Request a Tournament Permission Number (TPN) from your PCAHA League Manager 30 days prior to your event, no earlier. 2. Provide your League Manager all of your team and tournament details. 3. Send all completed forms with your official Hockey Canada Roster to the tournament host or coordinator.

Outside the Lower Mainland & PCAHA

1. Fill out the Tournament Permission form. 2. Send form to the office thirty (30) days prior to tournament, no earlier. 3. We will send you a signed form back along with your Hockey Canada Roster (HCR) and a pre-signed BC Hockey Travel Letter. 4. Send all three documents to your PCAHA League Manager requesting a Tournament Permission Number (TPN) and a signature on the BC Hockey Travel Letter. 5. Once returned, send all documents to your Tournament Host or Coordinator.
