NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF

SEMIAHMOO MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (the “Society”)

The Board of Directors of the Society hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held VIRTUALLY, available ONLINE ONLY originating from British Columbia, on the 7th day of October 2026 at the hour of 7:30 p.m., for the following purposes:

1. To receive the report of the Executive Director to the members.
2. To receive the financial statements of the Society for the period ended March 31, 2026.
3. To elect directors.
4. To appoint an accountant for the Society for the ensuing year.
5. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
